This is an on-site, full-time position for a Senior Software Engineer (Java & React Native) located in Bengaluru. The role involves the end-to-end development, design, and maintenance of robust full-stack software solutions, leveraging Java for backend excellence and React Native for high-performance mobile applications. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for architecting microservices, enhancing application performance across platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless software delivery and innovation. Additional tasks include troubleshooting complex software issues, evaluating emerging technologies, and optimizing cross-platform development practices.

• Experience: Minimum of 4-5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development with a proven track record in both backend and mobile environments.
• Java Mastery: Proficiency in Java programming and a deep understanding of the Spring Framework for building secure, enterprise-grade applications.
• React Native Expertise: Strong skills in React Native for developing high-quality, resilient, and responsive mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Architecture: Hands-on experience in designing and implementing Microservices architecture and scalable software solutions.
• Code Quality: Strong focus on driving efficient, maintainable, and clean code using modern software lifecycle methodologies.
• Technical Breadth: Relevant experience in developing high-performance, resilient, and secure applications that bridge the gap between complex backends and mobile frontends.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Entry Budget: The starting CTC for this role is positioned between 7,50,000 9,00,000, depending on technical proficiency and experience.
