- Strong understanding ofdesign patterns, SOLID principles
- Testing frameworks:JUnit, Mockito, integration testing
- Performance tuning, debugging, profiling
- Familiarity withAPI Gateway, Service Registry, monitoring tools

- Lead and mentor junior developers
