The Role

We are looking for an AI Explorer a visionary engineer who doesn't just plug into APIs, but fundamentally understands the deep technical why behind the tools.

In this role, you will be the architectural backbone of our AI initiatives, tackling complex zero-to-one challenges with a relentless growth mindset. You will bridge the gap between traditional distributed systems and the modern AI ecosystem, building the high-performance backend infrastructure that powers our next-generation products. Technical Requirements

• Core Java & Frameworks: Deep, hands-on expertise in modern Java (17/21+) and Spring Boot for designing resilient, decoupled microservices.
• Real-time & High-Scale Engineering: Mastery of Socket programming for bi-directional communication, Apache Kafka for high-throughput event streaming, and Redis for distributed caching and state management.
• AI & Modern Data Ecosystem: Proven, hands-on experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, integrating Vector Databases, and working intimately with Embeddings and LLM orchestration.
• Database Expertise: Deep architectural knowledge of NoSQL ecosystems (ArangoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.) with a strong grasp of data modeling, sharding, and database design for massive, distributed scale.
• Cloud & Serverless: Proficiency in functional programming paradigms and deploying Lambda architectures for robust, event-driven serverless computing.
• Enterprise Architecture: Proven ability to design and implement Scalable, Secure Architectures capable of sustaining enterprise-grade AI workloads under heavy concurrency.
• Soft Skills & Culture: Exceptional technical communication skills required to bridge the gap between complex AI logic and tangible business value. Must possess a resilient, Team First attitude and an unyielding passion for leading from the front in the AI revolution.

• Architect & Deploy: Design, build, and deploy advanced AI agents and the robust microservices required to support them in production.
• Optimize Pipelines: Architect and fine-tune high-throughput, low-latency data pipelines to continuously feed and update real-time AI models.
• Ensure Security & Scale: Implement uncompromising security protocols and design auto-scaling infrastructure across all distributed components.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to turn raw, zero-to-one concepts into hardened, enterprise-ready solutions.
