Senior Java Software Engineer

Role Description

* Lead and mentor a small backend team, ensuring code quality and timely delivery

* Design and build scalable APIs using Java (Spring Boot / Microservices)

* Work with MySQL, MongoDB, and Neo4j for efficient data modeling

* Manage AWS deployments (ECS/Fargate, RDS, S3, CloudWatch)

* Collaborate with frontend, QA, and product teams for end-to-end delivery

Java 17+, Spring Boot, MySQL, MongoDB, Neo4j, AWS, Redis, Docker, Jenkins

What We're Looking For:

* 48 years of backend experience

* Strong coder with leadership mindset

* Solid understanding of APIs, architecture, and scalability
