- Strong coding experience in at least one modern language. Java Spring Boot Hands-on Technology leader who has worked with multiple technologies of IBM Sterling Product suite, has good exposure working hands with GIT and CI/CD.
- Leads with deep hands-on technical credibility, unblocking teams on design and coding challenges.
- Shapes architecture direction while ensuring delivery excellence.
- Builds high‑performance engineering teams through coaching and clarity. Drives consistency, quality, and engineering discipline across products and journeys.
- Aligns engineering decisions with business outcomes, influencing senior stakeholders.
- Balances strategic vision with hands‑on leadership, ensuring teams remain innovative, empowered, and accountable.
- Ability to dive into complex system design, unblock engineers, review code, guide architecture choices, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
- Mentors engineers, builds high‑performance teams, drive technical excellence, and create a culture where individuals thrive and deliver consistently.
- Connect engineering decisions to business outcomes, shapes technical strategy, navigates tradeoffs, aligns with product/design/business teams, and influences senior stakeholders.
