Key Responsibilities

Design & develop scalable backend systems

Build event-driven & distributed architectures

Optimize database queries & performance

Work with containerized deployments (Docker/K8s)

Ensure high-quality code, testing & CI/CD practices

What We're Looking For

Strong expertise in Java backend development (5+ years)

Hands-on with Spring Boot & Microservices design

Experience in message brokers (Kafka / RabbitMQ)

Solid understanding of system design & scalability

Excellent communication & stakeholder management
