We are looking for a Senior Java Developer / Tech Lead to join our product-focused engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work on scalable, high-performance product development while mentoring junior developers and contributing to technical excellence.
Key Technical Skills
Must-Have:
- Strong proficiency in Java & Spring Boot
- Solid understanding of Core Java
- Experience with Microservices architecture
- Hands-on with RESTful Web Services
- Good knowledge of MySQL / SQL
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Good-to-Have:
- Exposure to NoSQL databases (Cassandra or similar)
- Product development experience
- Knowledge of DevOps tools like Jenkins
Role Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java / Spring Boot applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features
- Troubleshoot and resolve production and technical issues
- Provide development estimates and meet delivery timelines
- Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Mentor and guide junior developers
