Senior Java Developer

Responsibilities:

Application Development & Design:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance Java applications using Spring Boot framework.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Implement best practices in coding standards, design patterns, and software architecture to ensure maintainable and efficient solutions.

Cloud & Infrastructure Integration:

• Develop and deploy applications on Azure cloud services, leveraging its features for scalability, availability, and security.
• Work closely with cloud engineers to integrate applications with Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Storage, and Databases.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes is desirable for containerization, orchestration, and microservices deployment.

Collaboration & Agile Practices:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software products.
• Actively participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers to enhance team capabilities.

Troubleshooting & Optimization:

• Analyze, debug, and resolve production issues in Java-based applications.
• Optimize application performance and scalability through profiling, tuning, and code improvements.
• Ensure application security and compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
