Senior Java Developer

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer to join our engineering team and help design, build, and maintain a scalable microservices platform. This role is ideal for a hands-on backend engineer with strong Java expertise, system design skills, and experience delivering secure, high-quality backend services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services for a large-scale microservices platform.
• Translate business and application requirements into technical solutions.
• Build secure, reliable, and high-performance RESTful APIs and message-driven services.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, code quality, and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product, QA, and client-facing teams.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of backend development experience with Java (preferably Java 17+).
• Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot 3.x.
• Experience with Spring Data MongoDB.
• Spring Security with OAuth2/JWT.
• Microservices architecture and RESTful API development.
• Message-driven architecture.
• Gradle multi-module builds.
• Docker containerization.
• Unit testing using JUnit/TestNG with Mockito.
• Cloud experience (preferably Azure).
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.
• Experience mentoring junior developers.

Nice to Have

• Flutter/Dart or other mobile development experience.
• CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of Lombok, Thymeleaf, and OpenTelemetry.
