Responsibilities

• Be passionate about modern software development techniques, embracing test-driven development (TDD), automated testing, and continuous integration.
• Apply industry best practices in daily work, ensuring high code quality through code refactoring, pair programming, and code reviews.
• Understand and apply sound software engineering principles while collaborating with team members to implement the best technical solutions.
• Coordinate and participate in major software releases and provide support for critical production issues.
• Take ownership of a wide range of tasks required to deliver features, leveraging a well-rounded skill set developed across all aspects of the software delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with team members to drive technical excellence and deliver business value within project budgets.
• Write functional and automated tests using open-source frameworks such as FitNesse, Selenium, Spock, and Cucumber.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of programming experience using Java 21+ and Spring Boot.
• Experience in API Development, including RESTful APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Experience with any relational database and Linux environments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, including Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with messaging and integration technologies, including Kafka and REST.

Required Skills

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, RAG-based Architecture, AI Agents, Agentic AI, and Spring Integration.
• Monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus and Splunk.
• Testing frameworks including JUnit, TestNG, Mockito, and JBehave.
• Security and authentication technologies such as OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security.
• Experience with Flowable (CMMN & BPMN).
• Knowledge of: SQL/PL-SQL, Kubernetes/AKS, Spring JPA, Spring Batch, and Spring Integration, Elasticsearch, MQ, EMS, Autosys, Python.
