Senior Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using Java
• Provide maintenance and support for existing applications, including triaging customer incidents
• Analyze application logs to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Track service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure timely resolution of customer-reported issues
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand issues and provide updates
