Designation/ Title: Senior Developer
Experience (Min Max): 8 - 10 Years
Skill set Required:
- Strong expertise in coding and development of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
- Proven experience designing scalable, secure, and cloudnative architectures on AWS.
- Deep understanding of microservices patterns, RESTful APIs, eventdriven architecture, and system integrations.
- Handson experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration platforms such as ECS or Kubernetes.
- Strong experience in system performance tuning, high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery design.
- Ability to review code, guide development teams, and enforce architecture standards and best practices.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for production issues, performance bottlenecks, and distributed system failures.
- Experience collaborating closely with Business Analysts, DevOps, QA, and Operations teams.
