About Position
We are seeking a Senior Java Backend Engineer with 6+ years of experience in designing and building high-performance, scalable applications. This role focuses on developing microservices-based systems, implementing integration solutions, and managing streaming data pipelines using modern technologies such as Apache Kafka and Apache Camel. The ideal candidate will bring strong backend expertise along with experience in cloud, containerization, and CI/CD practices to deliver robust and scalable enterprise solutions.

What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Core and Advanced Java
- Build and implement microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs
- Develop integration solutions using Apache Camel for system orchestration
- Implement and manage data streaming pipelines using Apache Kafka
- Work with Azure Blob Storage for efficient data storage and retrieval
- Design and manage database solutions using MongoDB and MS SQL Server
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
- Automate build and deployment processes using Jenkins
- Develop and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across systems
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to innovation
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes
Expertise You'll Bring
