Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Ranchi for the role of Senior IT Trainer. The Senior IT Trainer will be responsible for delivering IT training sessions, preparing training curriculum, developing e-learning materials, and mentoring students. The role also involves assessing learner progress, providing feedback, and staying updated with the latest technological advancements to ensure high-quality training standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Information Technology and Windows operating systems
- Proficient in Training and Teaching, with the ability to design and deliver engaging and effective IT courses
- Experience in leveraging E-Learning tools and platforms for the development and dissemination of training materials
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentorship skills to effectively guide and support learners
- Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in Computer Science or Information Technology are preferred
