Required Skills (Must Have)
- 5+ years experience as IT / Systems Analyst
- Strong Production Support / KTLO experience
- Hands-on Temenos platform support (mandatory)
- Experience with Batch Monitoring & Operations
- Strong Incident Management & production issue resolution
- Advanced SQL skills (data analysis, troubleshooting, data fixes)
- Experience with data corrections & SQL scripts
- Certificate management, service accounts & security controls
- Experience handling service account password rotations
- Support UAT, regression testing, deployments & post-upgrade validation
- Experience with Temenos upgrades
- Participation in BCP / DR testing
- Strong vendor coordination (Temenos tickets, patches, follow-ups)
- Excellent analytical & communication skills
- Ability to work PST time zone (mandatory)
- Banking Experience
- Immediate joiners preferred
