Senior IT Support Analyst (Network)

Experience: Preferred Bachelor's with 5-10 years relevant experience, At least 3 years of experience of network engineering experience in an enterprise level environment

Technical Skills:

• Advanced level knowledge of IP routing protocols to include BGP and OSPF, Routers, Switches, Firewall configuration, multivendor routed networks SDWAN,MPLS, IPv4, IPv6.
• Advanced level knowledge of Local Area Network Switching technologies
• Advanced level knowledge of TCP/IP and IP subnetting
• Experience with network protocol analysers.
• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Performance issues.

Process control: Production Control disciplines and Change Management.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, analytical troubleshooting, and the ability to work in 24/7, on-call, and Rotational shift-based environments, able to lead and train other team members.

Certifications: Microsoft Or CISCO certifications like CCNA, MCSA, or ITIL Foundation is preferred.
