1. End-to-End IT Recruitment
- Owncomplete recruitment lifecycleforcontract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in hiring IT roles across:
- Quickly understand client requirements and translate them intoeffective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates viajob portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and vendors.
- Screen candidates fortechnical fit, communication, availability, and rate alignment.
- Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, handleoffer negotiations, and drive onboarding.
2. Staff Augmentation & Delivery
- Handlemultiple parallel requirementsacross technologies and clients.
- Prioritize roles based onurgency and delivery timelines.
- Track pipeline metrics includingsubmissions, interviews, closures, and drop-offs.
3. Vendor & Partner Management
- Build, onboard, and managestaffing vendors.
- Evaluate vendor performance based onquality, speed, and closures.
- Negotiate rates and ensuremargin protection.
4. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely withAccount Managersto understand hiring demand.
- Act as a recruitmentSPOCfor key accounts.
- Providemarket insightson availability, rates, and timelines.
5. Process & Reporting
- Share regular reports onopen positions, closures, aging, and vendor performance.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes forspeed and quality.
Key Skills & Experience:
- 8 years ofcore IT recruitment experience.
- Strong exposure toIT Staff Augmentation
- Proven ability toclose positions quickly.
- Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.
