Role Overview

Experienced Senior IT Recruiter with strong expertise in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) environments, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across multiple clients. Skilled in sourcing, screening, and placing top technology talent while partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to meet business hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Work within RPO models supporting multiple clients and meeting SLA-driven recruitment targets.

Partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and stakeholders to understand technical hiring needs and workforce planning.

Source candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and social recruiting channels.

Conduct technical pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Manage and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS and recruitment tools.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

Ensure compliance with client hiring policies, recruitment metrics, and reporting standards.

Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, submission-to-hire ratio, and candidate pipeline health.

Mentor junior recruiters and support recruitment team performance in high-volume hiring environments.
