Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across technologies such as Software Development, ERP (SAP/Oracle), Testing, Cloud, and Infrastructure
Recruiting new talent through sourcing candidates via online job boards, social media, referrals.
Negotiating compensation packages and working with hiring managers to determine packages that will attract top talent while staying within budget constraints.
Reviewing resumes and screening applicants to identify those who meet the minimum qualifications for the position.
Maintaining a talent pool of potential employees who can be contacted when positions become available.
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and MIS reports.
Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies, compliance, and hiring standard
Essential Requirements:
3+ years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
Hands-on experience hiring for mid-level to senior-level IT positions.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.
Excellent sourcing skills using job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, and referrals.
