Requirement: Sr. IT Recruiter, Avigna, Pune

Job Location: Pune, Baner.

Work from Office, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Experience: 7+ years

Education: Any Graduate

Responsibilities:

• Source potential candidates on various recruiting platforms, like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities and match them with the Job requirement scope sheets
• Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
• Coordinate with Candidates from screening to joining
• Promote company's reputation as a great place to work

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, walk-in)
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with resume databases like Naukri and Monster
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good to have experience with Zoho Recruit for managing end-to-end recruitment cycles
• Any graduate.
