Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle.

- Understand client hiring requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical and business requirements.

- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.

Eligibility

- Any Bachelor's Degree.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.

- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.

Experience

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.

- Proven experience in Client Handling, Team Handling, and End-to-End Recruitment is mandatory.
