We are looking for a results-driven IT Marketing Specialist with 6–8 years of experience in B2B lead generation, email marketing, and AI-driven marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, executing intelligent campaigns, and leveraging AI tools to optimize outreach and conversion in the IT services domain.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Generate and qualify B2B leads for IT services through outbound and inbound strategies
- Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io for targeted prospecting and data enrichment
- Plan, execute, and optimize AI-powered email marketing campaigns (cold emails, drip campaigns, nurturing flows)
- Use AI tools for personalization, segmentation, and improving outreach efficiency
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with business goals
- Collaborate with sales and tech teams for effective lead conversion strategies
- Track campaign performance (open rate, CTR, conversions) and optimize using data insights
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI marketing, automation, and IT services
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in IT/Tech Marketing (B2B)
- Proven expertise in lead generation & email marketing
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo.io
- Good understanding of AI-driven marketing tools and automation
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
