Role SummaryThe Senior Modern Workplace Engineer is responsible for the operation, engineering, and continuous improvement of Modern Managed Client environments based on Microsoft Intune.They understand the Windows 11 client as the central integration point where network, security, identity, policy and application layers come together and are able to navigate this ecosystem with confidence and seniorlevel expertise.The role requires deep technical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to quickly become productive in complex customer environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and enhance Microsoft Intune / MEM for Windows 11 clients.Create, maintain, and optimize application packages (MSI, IntuneWin), including testing and rollout.Design and manage:Configuration ProfilesCompliance PoliciesSecurity BaselinesDevice Restriction PoliciesGroup Policies (including migration and replacement strategies)Manage the full client lifecycle, including:Update RingsFeature Update ManagementAutopilot (ZeroTouch Provisioning)Build and patch processesPerform deep technical troubleshooting across OS, network, security, identity, and application layers.Collaborate closely with networking, security, identity, and architecture teams.Analyze, optimize, and standardize customer-specific client environments.Produce technical documentation and automate recurring operational tasks.
