About The Role
We are looking for a business-oriented Senior IT Analyst to support and evolve SAP-based Order-to-Delivery processes. The role involves managing business support, resolving complex operational issues, and driving continuous improvement across SAP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and monitor SAP Order-to-Delivery processes (Order Entry, Scheduling, Delivery, EDI, FG tracking)
- Manage and resolve complex SAP tickets independently
- Perform root cause analysis and propose process improvements
- Coach and guide junior team members
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and global IT teams (Europe & India)
- Ensure service quality and system stability
- Support SAP solution evolution and re-orientation
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years experience as a Senior IT Analyst
- Strong SAP SD module expertise (Customizing, ABAP, Debugging) – Mandatory
- Strong understanding of business processes & IT systems
- Experience in incident, problem, and ticket management
- Ability to analyze, debug, and retro-engineer SAP solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with global / distributed teams
- Advanced English proficiency
