Summary:
This role supports the Open Banking Modernization & Aggregator Expansion initiative, focusing on the Oslo native UX redesign, reconnect flow architecture, expanded consent orchestration, and aggregator notification handling. The position involves native architecture decisions and ensures production stability for mobile during and after the Oslo LTS release.
Responsibilities:
- Lead native architecture and delivery for the Oslo native UX redesign completion.
- Optimize reconnect flow architecture and consent orchestration across onboarding and reconnect.
- Handle aggregator notifications and implement a feature-flag driven rollout strategy.
- Conduct performance tuning and regression stabilization.
- Oversee App Store release governance for Oslo LTS and post-launch monitoring and production hardening.
- Mentor L3 engineers and elevate mobile engineering standards.
Requirements:
- 8&ndash10 years of iOS engineering experience.
- Deep expertise in Swift and strong experience with UIKit and/or SwiftUI at scale.
- Proven experience designing modular, scalable mobile architectures.
- Strong API integration experience (GraphQL/REST).
- Deep understanding of authentication and secure consent flows.
- Experience in production incident handling and mobile stability improvements.
- Experience leading releases in SLA-driven environments.
Required Skills:
- Strong architectural ownership and ability to make high-impact technical decisions.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Backend, Web, Product, and Compliance teams.
- Clear communication of mobile constraints and risks.
- Proactive production risk mitigation.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in fintech, payments, regulated financial mobile applications, and multi-vendor integration environments is strongly preferred.
