Investment Associate
We are seeking an Investment Senior Associate to support portfolio management and new investment activities across a diversified asset base. The role involves deep analytical work, financial modeling, and transaction support, working closely with senior investment professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct industry and company research for investment and portfolio review purposes
- Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and projections for M&A and investment transactions
- Support due diligence processes in coordination with external advisors
- Assist with performance improvement initiatives across portfolio companies
- Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and ad-hoc analyses
- Engage with portfolio company management and external stakeholders as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field (CFA or MBA a plus)
- 5–9 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or management consulting
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
