Senior Interior / Modular Kitchen Designer(Living Timeless)

Role Overview:

At Living Timeless, design is not an execution layerit is the decision-making engine. This role is focused on design taste, aesthetic judgment, and consumer confidence. We already have strong technical capability in-house; we are looking for a designer whose sense of style, composition, and personality can elevate outcomes and reduce design iterations. This job issituated in Pune and is a full-time office Job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership

Own the overall aesthetic direction for kitchens, wardrobes, and storage systems.

Create confident combinations of materials, finishes, colors, and hardware.

Ensure designs are modern, elegant, functional, and timeless.

• Consumer-Facing Design

Present designs directly to end customers.

Lead conversations with clarity and confidence.

Limit options intelligently to reduce confusion and speed up decision-making.

• Collaboration & Complementation

Work closely with the technical team.

Complement technical execution with strong aesthetic judgment.

Balance feasibility with desirability.

Required Skills & Experience:

48+ years of experience in interior design, modular kitchens, or related fields.

Strong design taste and ability to judge combinations instinctively.

Experience in direct client-facing roles.

Clear communication skills and confident personality.

Technical Skills:

Basic familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3D tools.

Technical execution support is already available; taste and judgment are the priority.

Personality Fit:

This role is ideal for someone who has opinions, can defend design decisions, understands consumer psychology, and is comfortable leading conversations. Designers who rely on endless approvals or avoid decision-making may not be the right fit.
