Role Description The Senior Interior Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for leading design projects from initial client briefing through concept development, space planning, and final execution. Daily tasks include creating detailed interior layouts, preparing and reviewing construction drawings, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and coordinating with project managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate delivery. The Senior Interior Designer will guide junior designers, maintain design standards, participate in client presentations, and ensure that all projects align with Truww's quality and aesthetic expectations.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Architecture skills, with a solid understanding of residential design principles.
• Candidates should possess Space Planning skills to optimize functionality, flow, and aesthetics in diverse home layouts.
• Candidates should possess Construction Drawings skills, including preparing detailed plans, sections, and elevations for smooth project execution.
• Candidates should possess FF&E skills related to selecting and specifying furniture, fixtures, and equipment aligned with design concepts and budgets.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with visualization tools.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end interior projects, including coordination with contractors and vendors.
• Strong client communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior experience in a senior or lead interior design role.
