Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development and space planning through detailed drawings, material selection, and on-site coordination. Responsibilities include meeting with clients in Navi Mumbai, understanding their requirements, translating them into creative design solutions, and presenting design proposals, mood boards, and FF&E specifications. The role entails collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors, overseeing construction and installation, and ensuring designs are executed to a high standard of quality and aesthetics. The Senior Interior Designer will mentor junior team members, maintain project timelines and budgets, and ensure each project reflects the client's unique style while aligning with SOLO Design Studio's design vision. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional, aesthetically refined layouts.
• Proficiency in Architecture-related coordination and Construction Drawings, including detailed plans, sections, and elevations.
• Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and budgeting for high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Advanced skills in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools, and competency in presentation tools (Adobe Suite, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Demonstrated experience leading interior design projects from concept to completion, including client-facing responsibilities.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and a portfolio showcasing sophisticated and well-executed interior projects.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in a senior or lead designer role is highly preferred.
