Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end residential interior design projects from client consultation to final handover.
• Understand client requirements, lifestyle, preferences, and budget to develop personalized design solutions.
• Create innovative space planning, layout concepts, and design presentations.
• Prepare mood boards, material selections, furniture layouts, and 3D design proposals using design software.
• Present concepts confidently to clients and incorporate feedback into final designs.
• Coordinate with sales, project managers, vendors, and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and maintain design quality.
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines, budget, and HomeLane quality standards.
• Mentor junior designers and support knowledge sharing within the design team.
• Stay updated on the latest interior design trends, materials, and industry innovations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1–8 years of experience in residential interior design, preferably in modular kitchens and home interiors.
• Strong expertise in space planning, color theory, materials, lighting, and furniture design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
• Strong project coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high design standards.
• Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
