About the Role

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and execution of innovative interior projects. This role combines design excellence, client management, and project ownership, ensuring high-quality outcomes from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design development, including layouts, mood boards, material selection, and presentations.
• Manage client interactions, design reviews, and project requirements.
• Oversee project execution and conduct site visits to ensure design quality and adherence to plans.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative design culture.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in interior design.
• Strong portfolio across commercial, retail, hospitality, educational, or experiential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Ability to independently manage projects from concept to execution.

Preferred

• Experience in educational, children's, retail, or experiential spaces.
• Knowledge of sustainable and biophilic design principles.
• Experience mentoring junior designers.
