We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the creative direction of premium residential projects from concept to detailed design.
This role focuses on delivering strong, innovative design vision for highend homes and luxury residential environments.
As a Senior Designer, you will drive concept creation, develop detailed design intent, and oversee all design-related decisions up to the handover for execution. Expertise in precise 2D drafting is essential.
Job Description :
- Lead the full interior design process for Residential projects, including client consultations, design development, material selection, while coordinating with team for seamless execution on site.
- Undertake project requirements and manage client budgets effectively to deliver cost-conscious design solutions.
- Maintain and track all drawings, correspondence, and project documentation.
- Prepare and circulate detailed Minutes of Meetings (MOMs) and collaborate closely with design heads, project heads, and associates.
- Handle client interactions at all stages - design, execution, and material selection-ensuring consistent satisfaction and communication.
- Set and meet daily and weekly project targets to ensure timely progress.
- Coordinate daily with the office design team and project heads for seamless workflow.
- Produce comprehensive daily and weekly progress reports, consulting with principal consultants regarding the plan of action (POA) and any challenges encountered.
- Follow up closely with site engineers for photographic documentation of ongoing work, including before-and-after site photos.
- Mentor junior designers and support the growth of the interior design team.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure quality and timeliness in project delivery.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience specializing in residential interior design.
- Proficient in CAD, and design presentation software.
- Strong project management and client handling skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.
Pay: 30,000.00 - 45,000.00 per month depending upon skills
Interiors Designing: 3-5 years (Required)
