This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Senior Interior Designer. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, developing space plans, overseeing project execution, managing client interactions, and ensuring that designs align with client objectives. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors while ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

• Proficiency in interior design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit, and the ability to create detailed technical drawings.
• Experience in space planning, design conceptualization, and project management within commercial workspaces.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and sustainable design principles.
• Excellent communication skills for managing client relationships and collaborating with teams.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to handle complex design challenges effectively.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior designers while ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the commercial interior design industry; experience working on high-scale projects is a plus.
