Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer based in Kolkata. The Senior Interior Designer will lead the conceptualization and execution of interior design projects, manage space planning and FF&E specifications, and oversee the development of construction drawings. The designer will work collaboratively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver innovative and high-quality design solutions that align with client visions and objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, ensuring efficient utilization and aesthetic alignment of spaces
• Minimum experience - 3 years
• Experience in Architecture and creating detailed Construction Drawings
• Knowledge of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selection and specification
• Strong project management and communication skills to lead complex projects from conception to completion
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
• Strong creative and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and innovation
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Previous experience in high-end luxury design or a similar field is a strong advantage
