Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead and manage high-end luxury residential projects, including large-scale villas and private mansions. This role is ideal for a design professional with a strong design sensibility, technical depth, and the ability to independently drive projects across all stagesfrom concept development to on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design development for luxury residential projects, including villas and private estates
• Drive spatial planning, faade detailing, and overall architectural coordination
• Prepare detailed working drawings and manage coordination with structural and MEP consultants
• Independently oversee project progress, ensuring design intent and execution quality
• Maintain consistently high standards of detailing, aesthetics, and technical accuracy across architecture and interiors
