Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering outstanding interior projects. You will be responsible for leading the design process, managing client relationships, and overseeing projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the design process, including conceptualization, space planning, material selection, and detailing.

* Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

* Develop detailed designs, presentations, and mood boards to communicate ideas effectively.

* Oversee and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

* Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure design intent is carried out during construction.

* Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and technologies to apply innovative solutions to projects.

* Manage and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and ensuring design quality.

* Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring high-quality output across all assignments.

* Review and approve construction documents, drawings, and specifications.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience as an Interior Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating your work across various project types.

* Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other visualization tools.

* Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey design ideas clearly to clients and team members.

* Strong project management skills, including budget tracking and time management.

* Ability to lead and inspire a team while working collaboratively across different departments.

* Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
