Key Responsibilities
- Develop design concepts and space planning based on client requirements
- Prepare 2D drawings and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD
- Create 3D models and visual presentations using SketchUp / other software
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams for smooth execution
- Monitor design implementation on site and resolve technical design issues
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and design documentation
- Conduct design presentations and revisions as per client feedback
- Ensure project timelines, design quality, and brand standards are maintained
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of interior design standards and finishes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office (V-Ray/Enscape is a plus)
- Good understanding of detailing, materials, and construction processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
Experience & Qualification
- Experience: 57 years in interior design (commercial / fit-out projects)
- Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
