Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead interior design projects from concept to completion for on-site assignments based in the Pune Division. This full-time role includes developing design concepts, preparing presentations, leading space planning, and selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E in line with client requirements and project standards. The role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, reviewing construction drawings, and ensuring that design intent is accurately translated on site. The Senior Interior Designer will guide junior team members, participate in client meetings, manage project timelines, and support quality control during design development and execution.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and FF&E skills, including concept development and detailed selection of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Candidates should possess Space Planning skills, with the ability to optimize layouts for function, circulation, and building codes.
• Candidates should possess Architecture-related skills, with familiarity in integrating interior solutions with architectural design and building systems.
• Candidates should possess Construction Drawings skills, including the ability to produce, review, and coordinate detailed plans, sections, and elevations.
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and presentation tools.
• Demonstrated experience in managing interior projects, client communication, and on-site coordination.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and collaborative working style.
