Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate client visions into stunning visual representations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing interior spaces that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
• Create mood boards, concept sketches, and 2D floor plans to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Select furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes that align with the project's aesthetic and functional objectives.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project feasibility.
• Participate in client presentations and meetings to review design concepts, solicit feedback, and make revisions as needed.
• Stay current on design trends, materials, and technology advancements to inform and inspire your work.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as an interior designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative vision.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Experience working with residential and/or commercial projects is preferred.
