Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer based in Hyderabad. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for leading and managing interior design projects from concept to completion. Key responsibilities include space planning, developing creative design concepts, preparing construction drawings, overseeing FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selections, and collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver exceptional results. Additional duties include client consultations, understanding project requirements, and ensuring designs align with client goals and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements

Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, and detailed BOQs

Create 3D designs and presentations using software tools

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and site teams

Visit project sites to ensure proper execution and quality

Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and decor elements

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience

Education: Bachelor's degree/B.Design or Architecture.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of space planning and design principles.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools.

Good understanding of materials, finishes, and market trends.

Strong communication and client-handling skills.

Ability to manage site execution and coordinate with contractors.

Good problem-solving skills.
