Senior Interior Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer to lead and scale our interior design offerings as we launch interior design services through our online platform. The role involves customer consultation, design development, vendor coordination, and driving end-to-end execution for residential interior projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment and help build scalable interior solutions for digital customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and launch of interior design services on the company's e-commerce platform.
• Develop scalable interior design solutions and customer journeys for online users.
• Collaborate with category, technology, operations, and sourcing teams to build and streamline the interior services model.
• Define design processes, consultation frameworks, and service offerings for digital customers.
• Support platform readiness including design cataloging, modular offerings, pricing structures, and customer experience workflows.
• Drive end-to-end execution from customer consultation to project delivery through the online platform.
• Contribute to improving conversion, customer engagement, and service scalability on the website.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 4–8 years of experience in residential interior design.
