Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team in Bengaluru! If you thrive on taking residential projects from a blank canvas to breathtaking execution, we want to hear from you.

You will be responsible for design development, material selection, client presentations, project coordination and site execution. This role demands strong design sensibility, sharp technical understanding, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate with vendors for site execution while maintaining high design quality and flawless attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Design Development: Own the design process from concept to execution.
• Client Engagement: Prepare and present design concepts, spatial layouts, and material palettes to clients seamlessly.
• Execution & Coordination: Partner with vendors, site teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed working drawings, accurate technical specifications, minutes of the meetings, design presentations, project documentations etc.
• Quality Control: Conduct site visits to ensure design intent, craftsmanship, and quality standards are maintained.
• Trend & Material Mastery: Stay updated with current materials, premium finishes, and emerging industry trends.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the design and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.
• Experience: 4+ years of proven experience specifically in premium residential interior design and execution.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior materials, modular finishes, custom detailing, and design documentation.
• Software Proficiency: Expert in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, confident client-handling, and strong coordination skills.
• Ownership: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.
