Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage interior design projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, aesthetics, and functionality.
- Develop design concepts and translate them into compelling presentations for clients.
- Create and review detailed BOQs (Bills of Quantities) to ensure budget compliance and accuracy.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
- Produce 3D visualizations and renderings using SketchUp, V-Ray, and other relevant software.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design concepts are being executed as planned.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-end residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, V-Ray, and AutoCAD.
- Expertise in creating detailed BOQs and strong project management skills.
- Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, and space planning.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with current trends in interior design and furniture.
