We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer for a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with some flexibility for remote work. This role involves leading and overseeing design projects, including creating and managing design concepts, space planning, and ensuring the integrity of design execution. The Senior Interior Designer will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to deliver exceptional and innovative design solutions, while supervising team members and maintaining project timelines and budgets.

• Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design with a keen eye for detail and functionality
• Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings, ensuring alignment with design and building standards
• Experience in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and specification
• Strong project management, leadership, and client communication skills
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Relevant certifications and prior experience in a senior design role are advantageous
