Senior Interior Designer (Gurgaon)

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Design Team Lead based in Gurugram. The Interior Design Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of designers, overseeing project workflows, and managing timelines and deliverables. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, supervising the design process, and ensuring projects align with the company's quality standards. The role also involves mentoring team members and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Proven expertise in team management and leadership to inspire and guide a team of designers
• Experience in project management, including planning, executing, and delivering on deadlines
• Background in product design and design principles, with a focus on interior design
• Problem-solving ability and attention to detail in executing design projects
• Proficiency in design software and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Previous experience in a leadership role within the interior design industry is highly desirable
