Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer based in Mumbai. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for leading and executing high-end interior design projects, including space planning, concept development, and overseeing the creation of detailed construction drawings. The role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure design objectives are met while maintaining project timelines and budgets. Additionally, the designer will select and source FF&E (Furnishings, Fixtures, and Equipment) to bring the design vision to life while upholding the studio's high standards of excellence.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design, with a strong ability to conceptualize and execute creative solutions.
- Extensive knowledge of Architecture and the ability to collaborate effectively with architects and construction teams.
- Expertise in developing detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience with FF&E selection, including procurement and styling to meet project objectives.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage projects and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools is essential.
- Previous experience in luxury interior design projects is highly desirable.
Minimum 5 year's experience in esthetic designs along with team handling experience.
