We are currently seeking a creative and technically skilled Interior Designer with strong architectural knowledge to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities- Conceptual Design & Spatial Planning
- Develop innovative interior concepts and layouts aligned with client vision and functional needs.
- AutoCAD Drafting & Technical Drawings
- Prepare accurate 2D plans, working drawings, construction details, and technical documentation.
- Design Detailing & Material Selection
- Specify finishes, furniture systems, lighting, and materials suited for luxury interiors.
- Dcor & Styling
- Curate final styling elements including soft furnishings, accessories, and artwork to enhance the design narrative.
- Project Supervision & Coordination
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality execution and timely project delivery.
- Client Interaction
- Present design ideas, collect feedback, and modify plans accordingly. Act as a key point of contact during all project phases.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- 34 years of professional experience in interior design with architectural understanding
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop is a plus
- Strong command of MS Office, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
- Thorough understanding of design documentation, building systems, and detailing
- Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and collaborate across disciplines
- Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and time management skills
