Assess and meet client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences.
Produce sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills.
Create idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients effectively.
Apply a strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude for design principles.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential projects.
Modular Interior experience is mandatory.
A registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
Proven experience in handling clients and managing projects independently.
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Google SketchUp.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently.
Possess a creative talent, imagination, and a keen eye for design.
An excellent portfolio of previous works.
Qualification:
Academic: Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years) or B.Arch.
Technical / Professional: Proficiency as an Interior Designer, with expertise in Google SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
