Profile Summary

Creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with 10+ years of experience in residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in space planning, colour theory, material selection, and client collaboration to create functional and aesthetically compelling interior environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead interior design projects from concept to completion
• Define project requirements, scope, and schedules during the briefing stage
• Interpret and translate client needs into conceptual layouts and design proposals
• Set project costs and fees in alignment with approved budgets
• Research, specify, and source materials, finishes, and products
• Prepare mood boards, sample boards, and presentation materials
• Supervise project execution and monitor work progress on site
• Coordinate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure quality control and adherence to design intent throughout execution
• Stay updated with industry trends, innovations, and best practices

Requirements & Skills

• 10+ years of proven experience in interior design projects including consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions
• Strong expertise in layout planning, colour, lighting, materials, custom furniture, and installations
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Illustrator, and other relevant design software
• Excellent portfolio demonstrating high-quality residential and commercial work
• Strong creative vision with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
• Strong project management and coordination abilities
