Role Description:
This is a full-time Senior Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru, requiring on-site presence. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for planning and designing interior spaces, preparing construction drawings, managing projects through to execution. The role involves collaborating with clients to effectively interpret and realize their vision, while ensuring quality and aesthetics align with project specifications.
Key Skill Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google Sketchup for designing customized products and creating detailed design plans.
- Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs for creating precise technical drawings and realistic visualizations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Understand project requirements thoroughly and provide innovative design solutions and specifications.
- Conceptualize and sketch design plans using Google Sketchup, ensuring alignment with project requirements and cost considerations.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion.
- Provide expertise in designing customized products such as wardrobes, modular kitchens, TV units, etc.
- Address design and technical queries efficiently, providing creative solutions to challenges as they arise.
- Present design concepts and proposals to Management in a clear and compelling manner.
- Demonstrate practical understanding of issues commonly encountered at residential sites to anticipate and plan design solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and contribute to the overall creative process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to continually enhance design capabilities.
- Strong understanding of cost considerations and the ability to design within budget constraints.
- Practical knowledge of issues commonly encountered at residential sites and the ability to proactively address them in design planning.
